Refund policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed.   We know purchasing online can feel risky, and you’re sometimes uncertain if you’ll like your purchase.  If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for merchandise credit.

The product must have original tags and packaging attached.  We are unable to accept a return without its original tags. If you have removed the tags but still have them intact, and the item you want to return is unused/unworn and in its original condition, you can return the item with the tags in the bag, and we can accept the return once it passes the quality checks at our Fulfilment Centre.

Unfortunately, if it has been more than 30 days, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

All DISCOUNTED /SALE items are Final Sale.

Please note: Our pieces are made of natural material; each bag varies slightly in texture and color. Items are naturally distressed leather, every scratch, scar, cattle brand, and color variations, what we like to call; character marks. This is to be expected & something we’ve come to love, as it adds individuality to our products and tells a story of life, love, travel... & beyond. 

We handle our returns on a case-by-case basis, with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it when it arrived in us. The same packaging should be used when the items are sent back. Personalized and monogrammed products are excluded from returns unless there is a defect or damage to the product. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a merchandise credit will be issued in the item amount.  

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Installment Payment Return Policy: Please note that these payment programs allow you to go over our standard 30-day policy when paid in full. We do not allow returns after 30 days.  All orders/items paid with Shop pay, Afterpay, Sezzle that are returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

No Returns on Sale / Outlet Merchandise: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.  "Final Sale"

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@chuupul.com for approval of return/exchange and send your item to:

Shipping Returns:

To return your product, you should mail your product to (above address)

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
