What is the quality of your leather? And where is it sourced?
Chuupul only uses full-grain leather in our manufacturing which is considered the best grade of leather. All of our leather is naturally sourced from the local area. Find out more information about our products by visiting Our “Product tab”.
What is ''Full Grain Leather''?
Full grain refers to the strongest and most durable part of the hide, just below the hair. This leather has not been sanded, buffed or snuffed, which displays a more natural character and patinas beautifully with age.
How do I clean the leather?
There is no need for frequent cleaning. Scratches or marks from daily wear and tear can be rubbed or polished out with ease using a leather conditioner. Other than this, you can make a solution of warm water plus dish soap, and wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft cotton to remove excess dirt.
How long does Full Grain leather last?
Full-grain leather is the highest quality and the most durable. With the right care, it can last more than five times longer than other fabrics, and, depending on how you use the product, it can last you decades, in some cases even over 100 years.
Can I request a “character mark” on my leather?
No, you can only get a character mark product by luck of the draw. But, by chance you receive a bag; and are not satisfied with the products “character mark”, you can get in touch with our team and we’ll be pleased to process your return request.
Can you send me a thinner/thicker item?
No, currently we are not accepting bespoke orders; however, all of our products have a thickness in few millimeters.
Do we make everything in our own factory?
Yes, all of our products are manufactured within our own factory.
How much does a bag weigh?
At each product page, you can check its weight and other dimensions from the product description section.
Do we ship Internationally?
Sorry. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Our team strive to ship your order in a timely manner therefore your order will be processed and shipped out within 2-4 business days.
What is your return/refund policy?
